SUMMARY:2025 Myth Wood Feast and Awards Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:With the ending of the Tournament of the Six\, the Crystal Bearers of Myth’gar prepared to go home. However\, they found the gate to Myth’gar sealed. Trapped in Folkvangr the Crystal Bears originally enjoyed the hospitality of the Mead Lord of Beomead. As time went on however\, the realm itself seemed unhappy with the Crystal Bearers presence. One day all the Crystal bearers of Myth’gar and their Guides woke up trapped within a great hall of the Realm’s creation. Now the Crystal Bearers must discover who sealed the gate and how can they reopen it\, or they may find themselves trapped in the great Hall of Folkvangr forever. \nWith great pleasure\, we are happy to announce the 2025 Feast and Awards Ceremony. We will run our first ever Locked Room Mystery\, and then present awards to characters for the 2025 Myth Wood L.A.R.P. season. \nWe look forward to seeing all who can attend this year. The feast is a potluck and will be held at the Rock Creek Town Hall. Doors will open at 9:00 a.m.\, with a meet and greet from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  The first half of the Locked Room Mystery will run from 10:30 to 12:30.  We will start the feasting at 12:30 p.m. and enjoy our meal until 2:00 p.m. Following the feasting we will have the second half of the Locked Room Mystery from 2:00 to 3:30. The  annual awards ceremony will start at 3:30.  Finally\, we will have open discussions on pros and cons of the 2025 L.A.R.P. season. We encourage everyone to come dressed as their characters as you will be playing as them. This year the feast will also count as two scenarios attended and quest experience will be given out for storyline participation.

DESCRIPTION:The Crystal Bearers return from Folkvangr with honor for the Six and coins in their pockets. Yet\, what do they return to? The Stone Hearts War is at a standstill\, with each Heart claiming a major victory over the others. A victor of the war is not clear and a decision on who gets to rule Myth’gar cannot be made.\nAdding to the confusion\, some crystal bearers are trying to work around the powers of the Hearts and bend them to their own designs. Will these new manipulators succeed?\nWith the weather changing and the snows just around the corner will the Crystal Bearers be able to gather enough food to endure the winter months\, or will they be forced to flee Myth’gar again? Will the Stone Hearts even give them a choice?\nThe time of sword and ax\, war and sacrifice are drawing to a close. Join us on Oct 4th to help decide the fate of Myth’gar.\n\nWelcome to the Forth Myth Wood L.A.R.P. event of 2025. We will start setting up and character check-in at 9:00 a.m. Scenario 0 will start at 10:00 a.m. Scenario 1 will start at 11:30 a.m. We will provide Hamburgers and Hot Dogs for our mid-event break\, please bring any dishes you would like to share. Don’t forget to bring water\, a belt\, bug spray\, and some kind of pouch for your Dirks.
